Our sales staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding wire harness development. Based on the customer’s drawings, we will carefully discuss the product design and production plan.
We will digitize the customer’s drawings, and our engineers at our company or at our factory in Indonesia will conduct a detailed analysis of the necessary components, dimensions, etc.
Based on the analysis results, we derive the best method to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost performance, and accurately estimate the price.
After inputting the determined design into our BMW system (layout and boat design support CAD system), we create a full-scale layout and boat, which is then carefully built by our specialized prototyping team.
The customer visits our factory to confirm with our technical staff whether the prototype is manufactured according to the drawings, whether there are any discrepancies in the drawings, and to check for any problems that may be anticipated during mass production.
Based on the customer’s production plan, the planned quantity is entered into our WEB-EDI system, and all production is carried out at our Indonesian factory according to that schedule.
The products are shipped from our Indonesian factory to Japan after undergoing visual inspection, continuity inspection, and pre-shipment inspection processes.
After arriving in Japan, the products are temporarily stored in our warehouse and then delivered to customers with guaranteed quality and stable delivery dates.
We have established an after-sales service system so that you can use our products with peace of mind even after delivery.We stock a wide variety of service parts to provide peace of mind to our customers.
Through thorough IT implementation, we ensure traceability for even a single electric wire. We will continue to evolve our global manufacturing system, which integrates Japan and Indonesia, to provide satisfying services to our customers.
