Commitment to sustainability has been a mission for us at TB Banshu Electric Equipment Co.,Ltd. since our founding.

Our history began with the manufacture of automatic electrical components, and we have since responded to diverse needs in a wide range of fields in the production of electrical components and wiring harnesses for construction and industrial machinery.
We take our impact on the global environment seriously and feel a strong responsibility to build a sustainable future. We are actively pursuing initiatives to minimize our environmental impact, such as waste recycling, and we continue to work hard to achieve efficient and environmentally friendly business processes.
Furthermore, we place great importance on building partnerships with local communities and contributing to the local community in Indonesia. We are working toward sustainable development by providing local employment opportunities, supporting education, and improving local infrastructure.

In April 2023, our company embarked on a new voyage with the signing of a capital alliance with Tokyo Boeki Holdings Corporation. Going forward, we will leverage the Tokyo Boeki Group’s international network to address sustainability throughout our supply chain. We aim to contribute to the global environment from a global perspective by strengthening cooperation with suppliers, designing environmentally friendly products, and adopting eco-friendly logistics methods.

We will continue to be proactive in our efforts to realize a sustainable society. We sincerely hope that our business activities will continue to contribute to building a more prosperous and healthy future together with our customers and local communities.

ISO CERTIFICATION

TB Banshu Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. acquired ISO 9001 certification, an international quality management system standard established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), in 2007. We also obtained ISO14001 certification, an environmental management system standard, in 2009. Since then, we have continued to maintain the certification of these standards, while striving to be a company that our customers can place great trust in.

At TB Banshu Electric Equipment Co.,Ltd., the “Workplace Reform Committee” has been established, and employees themselves are making efforts to improve their job satisfaction in four priority activity areas: “productivity improvement,” “workplace environment,” “personnel system,” and “organizational culture”.

We also have Muslim employees working at our company, and we provide them with free time to pray and do whatever they like.

CONTRIBUTING TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY IN INDONESIA

The majority of the people in Indonesia are Muslim, and a mosque was built on the grounds of the BEI factory, which is open to the public, not only to employees but also to residents of the surrounding area. We are also actively supporting schools.
